Any idea what the hell the dents in the fuselage are just in front of the tail wings are for?

The stabilisers are all-moving and pivot about an axis. The 'dent' is a flattened area of the fuselage to allow the inside edge of the stabilisers to sweep up and down without interfering with the body. All aircraft have it, it's just very noticable on this video :)
