Telling it like it is

Here we go again. Or more specifically here I go again. Another week in England, this time on business so I'm travelling on the company dime, which is nice. My bet is that it's not stopped raining there yet....

6 inches of wet mess greeted us when we got up this morning. Weather was warm all day and the sun was out so by this evening, most of it had gone from the roads and pavements. Still - I'm glad it did it. We did some gardening, weeding and fertilising on saturday, and sunday's rain with this morning's snow helped water it all in. Plus our newly planted tree is getting a good drink in its new location. Christ I sound like Charlie Dimmock.
