Warm down below, chilly up on top.

We went for a nice long ride today leaving at 9:00. We went up past Park City, over to Francis then up and over Wolf Creek and down to Duchesne. From there we went out of Indian Canyon to Price for lunch, then to Huntington, right up Huntington Canyon, over skyline drive, down Fairview canyon, then the long slog up US89, highway 6 and I-15 to come home. About 7.5 hours total. The roads over the passes had been cleared but the snow was still very much in evidence. The big lakes in Huntington canyon were still frozen solid. By contrast, back down in the valleys it was piggin' hot. Too hot. We've got the A/C on and it's only May. Still - cooler weather is on the way. We'll be back down from today's 39°C to a more reasonable 15°C by thursday.
